Do we have to change our CPMS?
No. OB7 complements your existing CPMS and connects via OCPI or API. Charge points, maintenance and operations stay in your system. OB7 takes over everything your drivers see: payment, app, charging card and customer account.
Does OB7 appear to our customers?
No. Web app, driver app and charging card run under your name, on your domain and in your design. Your customers only see your utility.
Can we procure OB7 through a public tender?

How quickly can we go live?
From project start to the first charging session usually takes two weeks. Many utilities start with a pilot at selected charge points and then roll out to the whole network.
Can we offer our existing customers their own tariffs?

Where is our data stored?
