How does our pricing model work?
We charge a monthly fee per charging point. There are no transaction fees – no matter how much your customers charge.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The price per charging point includes all features, updates, and support. One-time setup fees are communicated transparently.
How much does a charging point cost per month?
The price depends on the number of your charging points and the modules chosen. Contact us for a custom quote.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, from a certain number of charging points, we offer tiered pricing. The more charging points, the cheaper per point. We also have attractive offers for smaller operators, for example with fewer than 50 charge points.
Can I book modules individually?
Ad-hoc charging, driver app, and other functionalities can be booked individually. The admin system is always included.
What is the contract duration?
We are cancellable on a monthly basis – no long contract terms. This is part of our philosophy. Only if you explicitly prefer it, we also offer longer contract terms.
