Is payment processing PCI-DSS compliant?
Yes, our payment processing is fully PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card data is never stored on our servers.
Can customers store multiple payment methods?
Yes, customers can store any number of payment methods and set a default. Switching is possible at any time.
How does authorization work for charging sessions?
An amount is pre-authorized at charging start. After charging ends, the actual amount is charged. For prepaid, the balance is debited in real-time.
Are invoices created automatically?
Yes, after each charging session an invoice is automatically created and sent via email. All invoices are also available in the app.
What currencies are supported?
Currently we support EUR, CHF, and GBP. Additional currencies can be added upon request.
