How do customers order an RFID card?

Customers order directly in the app. The card is shipped as a blank card and must be activated before first use.

How does activation work?

Customers hold the card to their smartphone (NFC). The app recognizes the card and links it to the customer account – done in seconds.

Can customers have multiple RFID cards?

Yes, customers can order and manage any number of cards – for example, for different vehicles or family members.

What happens if a card is lost?

Customers can immediately block cards in the app. A replacement card can be ordered directly. Blocked cards are no longer usable.

Can I offer custom branded RFID cards?

Yes, we produce RFID cards with your logo and design. Minimum order quantities and delivery times on request.

Do the cards work at other charging stations?

Yes, through the cross-charging network and roaming partners, OB7 RFID cards work at thousands of charging points across Europe.
