Which payment providers are supported?
OB7 supports Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, P1, and other providers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available through all providers.
Can I keep my existing payment provider?
In most cases, yes. We check compatibility and support with integration. However, switching is possible at any time.
How high are the transaction fees?
Fees depend on the chosen provider and your transaction volume. OB7 itself does not charge additional transaction fees.
Is payment processing PCI-DSS compliant?
Yes, all integrated payment providers are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card data is never stored on OB7 servers.
Can I use multiple payment providers simultaneously?
Yes, you can configure different providers for different payment methods or regions.
How does payout work?
Payouts are made directly through your payment provider to your business account. You configure the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) yourself.
